IIT, Bombay release the Official GATE 2022 Syllabus for CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, etc of all 27 Papers at gate.iitkgp.ac.in and the students apply for GATE 2022 Notification must follow these New GATE Syllabus 2022 of every branch and increase the knowledge in theoretical part towards the objective format. With these Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Syllabus 2022, students must come to know subjects clearly from which question to which question, marks, etc are known.
GATE Exam Pattern 2022 also exposed the students to a better understanding of the GATE Question Paper and make the focus to plan how to finish the Concepts. Generally, GATE Exam consists of More Technical Subjects rather than Normal Maths, Aptitude, etc. At this movement, more focus is there on the Technical Subjects by balancing the other subjects too as per the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Exam Pattern 2022.
IIT, Bombay introduced Two Additional subjects namely Environmental Science and Engineering (ES) and Humanities and Social Science (XH) for the GATE 2022 Exam. So, the Students who appearing this GATE 2022 Exam must learn these Two introduced subjects along with GATE Syllabus 2022. Because along with the Normal Subjects these also contain the Marks as per the modified GATE Exam Pattern 2022. With that Addition of Two Subjects, a total of 25 Subjects is increased to 27 Papers (Subjects). So, the students from this Year even 3rd Students along with Final Year Students also attend the exam. So, as per the GATE Syllabus 2022, students must learn the topics involved.

As per the GATE Exam Pattern 2022, a total of 65 Questions is involved in the exam. Among 65, 55 are for Technical Subject and the remaining 10 For General Aptitude. And the questions contain 1 or 2 Marks. The type of questions involved in the Exam is Multiple Choice Questions, Multiple Select Questions, and/ or Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions. And Questions as per the GATE 2022 Exam Pattern are asked in the order of Recall, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, and Synthesis. So, by observing the below mentioned Marking Scheme, students may come to know the GATE Exam Pattern 2022 and Marks awarding for every Paper. The maximum Time of the GATE 2022 Exam is 3 Hours. Negative Marking of the GATE Exam is of For 1 Mark MCQ’s, 1/3rd is deducted, and for 2 Marks MCQ, 2/3rd marks are deducted and there is No Negative Marking for Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions.
