Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The candidates who want to apply for the AP TET Notification 2022 must have the following educational qualifications.
For paper-I A (Classes I to V)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
(or)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a two Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and procedure), Regulations, 2002
(or)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
(or)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a two year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
Or
- Graduation and 02 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
(or)
- Post Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and 03 year integrated B.Ed/M.Ed.
Paper-I B (Classes I to V ) (Special Schools):
- Intermediate/ Senior Secondary and 02-year D.Ed. Special Education in any of the categories of disability.

- Intermediate/ Senior Secondary and 01 year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the categories of disability.

- Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with six months certificate courses in Education of Children with Special Needs.

- Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with six months of Certificate courses in Education of Children with Special Needs.
(or)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with six months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

- Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.
(or)
- Primary level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment.
(or)
- Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 06 months of Certificate courses in the Education of Children with Special Needs.

- Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation – Mental Retardation (DVR-MR) / Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment – Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 06 months Certificate course in the Education of Children with Special Needs.

- Intermediate/Senior Secondary passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one-year duration and six months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

- Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI.
TET Paper II-A (Classes VI-VIII)( Regular Schools):
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation (or) in Post Graduation with B.Ed.,
(or)
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1 year Bachelor of Education in accordance with the NCTE recognition norms and procedure Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
(or)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).
(or)
- Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.A./B.Sc. Ed. or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
(or)
- Post Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.

- Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education)
Age Limit

Examination Fee
