- Welfare Officer, A-2 Level: Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State and Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for the appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory, Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language with a Minimum 2 years of experience in any industry / Factory as Welfare Officer/ Personnel Officer/ HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.
- Supervisor (S-1 level): Diploma (1st Class) in the Related Field Or B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg.) in the Related Discipline.
- Junior Draftsman (Mech.) (M-3 Level): ITI certificate in Mechanical along with one year NAC certificate from NCVT and Five years of experience in the relevant field.
Age Limits
According to the SPMCIL Nashik Recruitment Notification 2020 of Supervisor, the Maximum Age Limit for Supervisor, and Welfare Officer is 30 Years and for Junior Draftsman is 28 Years.
