Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited exclusively released the OPTCL Junior Management Trainee (Electrical) Recruitment 2022 for filling 40 Electrical JMT Posts. Interested Electrical/Electronics Diploma holders can take this opportunity and apply on the website www.optcl.co.in. According to OPTCL JMT Recruitment 2022 notification, the job postings will be across various units in the state, in the rural areas, mainly in the KBK area, and other backward districts. Applicants should see that out of 40 posts announced, only 28 are available for the general category and the remaining 12 go to the reserved ones. Upon selection, the candidate will be initially appointed as a Junior Management Trainee for 1 year. After completing this training period, the candidate will b appointed as Junior Manager on a contractual basis for five years. Educational Qualifications
OPTCL JMT Recruitment Notification 2022 states that the applicants must have a Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering to apply for the 40 OPTCL JMT vacancy. For this, 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University is necessary. For SC and PWD candidates, 50% is also acceptable. Aspirants should note that the employer will not consider any open degree holders other than Indira Gandhi National University. Candidates are also required to satisfy other eligibility criteria like reading, writing, and speaking Odia fluently and should have passed the middle school, Matriculation, with Odia as a subject. In other words, the candidate should have studied in Odisha at least till matriculation and must-read write speak fluently.

Selection Rounds
